Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Technical Lead where you will leverage your expertise in AEP support system engineering and development to drive innovative solutions in Collections and Recovery and Account Management-Issuer domains. With a hybrid work model and day shifts you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our digital platforms ensuring seamless user experiences and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Work with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into AEP-based solutions and use cases.
Translate campaign and personalization needs into clear AEP use cases.
Identify data sources and key customer interactions relevant for activation and decisioning.
Document business requirements and align them with AEP capabilities (RTCDP, CJA, Edge, Decisioning, etc.).
Recommend how different AEP modules (RTCDP, Journey Optimizer, CJA, Offer Decisioning) fit together for the client’s needs
Collaborate with the Architecture team to validate feasibility and scalability.
Define user acceptance criteria for each use case.
Qualifications
Experience working in one or more modules of Adobe Experience Platform
In-depth understanding of integrated architecture of experience cloud offerings from Adobe
Excellent client management skills, strong written and verbal communications, executive level presence
Experience of working in on-off model, in multi-vendor environment, team acceptability as per own behavior
Experience in documentation process – drafting requirements.
Experience and solid understanding on Omnichannel marketing communication
Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $90,000/Year to $102,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
