Maintain a clean and happy environment for guests and teammates.
Ensure exceptional experiences for diverse team members and guests.
Perform various hotel housekeeping services to maintain clean guest rooms according to standards.
Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance items needed.
Assist guests by providing linens, terry, amenities, or information as requested.
Provide courteous, friendly guest service with a +1 Service attitude.

Basic function & job duties
Performs a variety of hotel housekeeping services to maintain clean guest rooms according to established standards.
Visually inspects rooms to identify maintenance items needed.
Assists guests by providing linens, terry, amenities, or information as requested.
May assist in laundry or cleaning public spaces when needed.
Ensures an exceptional guest experience with a +1 Service attitude and prompt responses to inquiries, requests, and complaints.
Contributes to maintaining a positive work environment for diverse team and guests.
Drury Hotels are open 7 days a week; weekends are the busiest days.
Working Saturday and Sunday may be a requirement for this position.

Mental and physical requirements
Education: Requires knowledge and skills equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school.
Experience: Previous housekeeping experience helpful but not required.
Must be able to walk and stand for the shift.
Must be able to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend.
Must be able to lift 25–35 pounds intermittently.
Working relationships
Reports to the Executive Housekeeper / Assistant General Manager.
Maintains positive relationships with all hotel departments.
