We work with 700+ top brands—including CorePower Yoga, Beyond Meat, and Liquid I.V.—and have strong partnerships with Gorgias, Attentive, and Route. We’re scaling rapidly and looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team.
Your Mission at TalentPop
Ensure that brands in need of CX, marketing, or executive support clearly understand TalentPop’s value—with a special focus on coordinating and optimizing our ad campaigns. You’ll own the ad creative process end‑to‑end, manage timelines and assets, collaborate with media buyers, and help campaigns launch smoothly and perform at their best. You’ll also support copywriting for emails and other marketing materials, develop high‑impact sales enablement assets (one‑pagers, decks, case studies), and build/manage HubSpot workflows to automate lifecycle touchpoints. You’ll analyze performance data to find optimization opportunities and drive growth across the customer journey—from cold leads to active clients.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
Manage end‑to‑end ad creative for Facebook and LinkedIn campaigns—coordinate timelines, review assets, collaborate with designers, and communicate with media buyers to launch on schedule, on brand, and to performance goals.
Support copywriting for emails, marketing materials, and other content to drive engagement and communicate TalentPop’s value.
Build, maintain, and optimize HubSpot workflows and automations to streamline customer journeys and marketing touchpoints.
Utilize automation tools like Zapier and Clay to create customized workflows that improve marketing efficiency.
Collaborate with Sales & Account Management to develop success stories, one‑pagers, decks, and other enablement assets.
Oversee blog content and success stories; perform light SEO optimization to improve search visibility and engagement.
Manage social posting and engagement (even if low volume) to increase brand presence.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics; identify areas for optimization and growth.
Support the Director in brainstorming and launching new marketing campaigns and sales enablement initiatives.
Work cross‑functionally with design and other teams to ensure brand consistency across all materials.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices; bring fresh ideas to continually improve marketing efforts.
Our Ideal Applicant
2+ years in marketing, growth, or lifecycle roles (ideally B2B/agency).
1+ years in Paid Media, focused on Facebook & LinkedIn.
Strong copywriting/editing; can adapt tone for cold outreach, client outreach, and thought leadership.
Hands‑on with HubSpot workflows and Zapier automations (Clay familiarity is a plus; we’ll train the right person).
Data‑driven with a track record of analyzing performance and using insights to optimize.
Keen design eye; collaborate with designers/video editors to create conversion‑driving, on‑brand assets.
Experience supporting Sales with enablement assets (one‑pagers, success stories, decks, etc.).
Exceptionally organized, detail‑oriented, proactive; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, scrappy environment and can wear multiple hats.
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms).
Passion for continuous learning and professional growth; strong cross‑functional collaboration & communication.
E‑Commerce experience (not required, but a big bonus).
Compensation
Salary:
$70,000 – $85,000 (Salary + performance‑based bonus)
