Job Description Join our dynamic External Reporting & Accounting team as a Financial Reporting Senior Accountant! You’ll play a key role in preparing quarterly and annual SEC filings, analyzing consolidated financial results, and supporting both internal and external audits. Major Duties and Responsibilities

Analysis & Review: Examine financial statements submitted by our international subsidiaries to ensure accuracy and compliance.

SEC Filings: Prepare financial statements, footnote and MD&A supporting workpapers.

Reporting: Deliver clear, insightful financial analysis to senior management and internal stakeholders.

Month‑End Close: Prepare consolidation entries and support the accounting of certain subsidiaries.

Audit Support: Facilitate internal and external audit processes.

Accounting Standards: Participate in the adoption of new accounting standards and handle complex transactions.

Equity & Share‑Based Compensation: Prepare share‑based compensation accounting and other equity transactions; support foreign subsidiaries for statutory reporting requirements.

Collaboration: Work with international controllers and accounting managers on accounting policies and issues.

Essential Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA required.

At least two years of experience in accounting or auditing.

Strong knowledge of US GAAP and public company internal controls.

Hands‑on experience with SEC filings for publicly traded companies.

Strong Excel skills (V‑lookup, Pivot Tables, Index, Trim, etc.).

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.

Strong organizational and time management skills. Preferred (not required) Experience

Experience in a public company accounting department.

Familiarity with Oracle EPM accounting reporting system.

Additional Information Expected base salary: $90,000 – $105,000
