The team translates raw data into game‑changing insights and products, using cutting‑edge technologies such as Generative AI and Knowledge Graphs to enhance the employee experience.
Role Description
Partner with cross‑functional teams of data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to deliver products that customers love.
Leverage a broad stack of technologies—Python, Conda, AWS, H2O, Spark, and more—to extract insights from large volumes of numeric and textual data.
Build machine learning models through all phases of development: design, training, evaluation, validation, and implementation.
Translate complex technical findings into tangible business goals and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
The Ideal Candidate Is
Innovative and continuously explores emerging technologies, staying current on state‑of‑the‑art methods.
Creative, comfortable solving undefined problems, formulating questions, and sharing new ideas.
Statistically‑mindful with experience creating, validating, and backtesting models and interpreting performance metrics such as ROC curves and confusion matrices.
A data guru who can retrieve, combine, and analyze data from diverse sources, often with large‑scale data science tools.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related) plus 5 years of data analytics experience.
Master’s Degree or MBA with a quantitative concentration plus 3 years of data analytics experience.
PhD in a quantitative field plus relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s or PhD in a STEM field with 3+ years of experience in data analytics.
Minimum 1 year of experience with AWS.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Python, Scala, and machine learning.
Minimum 3 years’ experience with SQL and vector databases for indexing text.
Experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows and evaluating GenAI model outputs.

Plano, TX: $144,200 – $164,600
McLean, VA: $158,600 – $181,000
Richmond, VA: $144,200 – $164,600
Riverwoods, IL: $144,200 – $164,600
Eligible candidates may also earn performance‑based incentive compensation, including bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives.
