Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in software development.
5 years of experience with full‑stack development, across back‑end languages such as Java, Python, Golang, or C++ and front‑end experience including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent.
3 years of technical leadership and people‑management experience.
3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
Experience with Machine Learning.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross‑functional or cross‑business projects.
Experience building and operating large‑scale ML infrastructure, particularly data storage and processing systems.
Experience working directly with Machine Learning research teams and understanding their workflows.

Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a distributed team of executive software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture.
Define and drive the team's technical goals, strategy, and roadmap, exercising strong technical judgment in line with Core Data Foundations’ objectives.
Participate in and guide architectural and design decisions for a scalable and reliable post‑training data storage and management system.
Manage project priorities and resources effectively, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality solutions in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
Uphold high standards for system design, code quality, and operational excellence.
