Your Role and Responsibilities

Serves as a Senior IT System Architect specializing in IBM TRIRIGA. Leads the design, configuration, and maintenance of TRIRIGA applications and databases supporting enterprise real estate, facilities, and asset management. Oversees data quality, auditing, and governance across TRIRIGA modules. Leads system performance tuning, upgrades, and integration efforts. Coordinates with infrastructure teams and stakeholders to ensure a secure, scalable, and well-managed TRIRIGA environment. Develops and enforces best practices and documentation standards.

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Minimum of 10 years of experience and MA/MS degree OR 12+ years experience and BA/BS.

10+ years experience working in a SDLC or Enterprise Application Implementation team.

10+ years experience working in a TRIRIGA implementation or operations program.

Understanding of Configuration/Change Management tools, i.e. Jira. Ability to lead client meetings with project stakeholders.

Provide the overall design for system configuration including integrations, data conversion/migration and reporting.

Exhibit advanced TRIRIGA Development and provide advisory support: Extensive experience in configuring, customizing, and developing IBM TRIRIGA, including workflows, forms, and reports.

Demonstrate knowledge of data migration strategies, ETL processes, and data integration techniques to ensure a smooth transition from the existing IWMS to the cloud-based TRIRIGA application.

Demonstrate familiarity with project management principles and experience in supporting project milestones, tracking progress, and addressing technical challenges during the migration process.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

Familiarity with a Cloud Environment (AWS, IBM Cloud).

Familiarity with facility management & asset management.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot technical issues and identify effective solutions.

Demonstrate and provide advisory support regarding strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to develop custom functionalities and user interfaces within the TRIRIGA application.
