A TCA Job Captain is responsible for design development, construction document preparation and team coordination on multifamily and mixed‑use projects. Candidates should be proficient in Revit, familiar with building materials and construction techniques, and have strong general construction knowledge. Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of architectural experience, including 2 years on multifamily projects. Minimum of 4 years Revit experience. Preferred 2 years of construction administration experience. Working knowledge of building construction types and system assemblies. Strong understanding of IBC, CBC and accessibility requirements. Good understanding of consultant drawings and systems. Ability to hand‑sketch details before creating Revit models. Excellent organizational skills. Education

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required. California licensed Architect or on‑track to licensure preferred. Position Location

Honolulu Office: Monday–Thursday in the office, Friday remote. Salary Range

$75,000 – $115,000 per year. About TCA Honolulu
