Sales Enablement Manager We’re looking for a

Sales Enablement Manager

to build, deliver, and continuously improve enablement programs that make our sales team unstoppable. You’ll partner closely with sales leadership, product, and marketing to equip Account Executives and Account Managers with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to consistently succeed.

Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

The Team You will join the wider Go-to-Market team at incident.io, and be amongst seasoned SaaS GTM professionals who thrive on building enduring organizations.

What You’ll Be Doing

Design structured onboarding programs that ramp new hires to productivity quickly and build ongoing learning paths for tenured sellers (advanced discovery, negotiation, storytelling, deal strategy).

Create and maintain sales playbooks, talk tracks, and battlecards tailored to buyer personas and competitive landscape. Partner with marketing and product to ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and actionable.

Recommend and implement appropriate tooling to help drive enablement at incident.io. Drive adoption and best‑practice use of sales tools (CRM, Gong, Outreach, etc.) and work with the wider RevOps to streamline workflows and reduce friction in the sales cycle.

Run live training, role‑plays, and workshops. Partner with frontline managers on call coaching, deal reviews, and feedback loops.

Define enablement KPIs (ramp time, win rates, attainment, pipeline conversion) and continuously measure impact and refine programs based on performance data.

What Experience You Need To Be Successful

Proven track record of designing and scaling enablement programs at a high‑growth SaaS company.

Strong facilitation and coaching skills with the ability to influence both new and experienced sellers.

Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical product concepts into compelling sales narratives.

Builder and operator mindset with experience creating programs from scratch and familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Gong, Notion, and LMS platforms.
