What You Will Do We seek a US‑based Senior Manager to lead our global BI operations team. This role will shape and scale our BI and analytics capabilities, ensuring high‑quality reporting, data governance, and AI‑enhanced insights.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor BI analysts and leads across global teams.
Define and track KPIs, SLAs, and delivery commitments aligned to business priorities.
Partner with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
Oversee the design, development, and delivery of scalable BI reports, dashboards, and self‑service solutions.
Drive adoption of standard data visualization, storytelling, and semantic modeling processes.
Collaborate with Data Engineering, Platform, and Governance teams to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
Translate business priorities into actionable BI roadmaps, ensuring execution across offshore and onshore teams.
Introduce process improvements, tools, and methodologies that enhance team efficiency and business impact.
Support the integration of advanced analytics, AI, and ML insights into BI reporting.
Stay informed on BI and analytics trends, championing innovative approaches.
Promote an agile, product‑oriented mindset within BI delivery teams.
What We Expect Of You We are looking for a leader with the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
Doctorate degree with at least 2 years of data engineering, science, or operations experience.
Or Masters degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
Or Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
Or Associate’s degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
Or High school diploma / GED with at least 12 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
6+ years in business intelligence, analytics delivery, or data strategy, with global team leadership experience.
Expertise with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker and data storytelling best practices.
Strong data modeling and scalable self‑service analytics solution design skills.
Experience leading globally distributed analytics teams and driving high‑quality delivery.
Ability to integrate AI/ML insights into BI solutions.
Excellent collaboration and translation of business needs into analytics solutions.
Innovative ability to leverage emerging technologies like natural language query, generative AI, and advanced visualization.
