General Manager – US-SD-Huron, Location: Huron, SD. Posting ID: 2025-10149. Position Type: Full-Time. Wage Range: $100,000 - $180,000/yr.
Responsibilities
Financial and Performance Management:
Understand and communicate key financial drivers, work with the management team to ensure departments across the area meet or surpass sales goals and financial targets.
Customer Interaction and Experience:
Lead customer-facing and business teams to enhance operational efficiency and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Team Leadership and Development:
Attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent who are collaborative and customer-focused, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Policy and Safety Compliance:
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and processes, including ethical transaction management and performance management in line with company guidelines. Uphold environmental, health and safety regulations.

Qualifications Required:
3+ years' related experience and/or related military experience
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time and work flexible hours
Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate high performing teams to achieve successful financial and operational results
Ability to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and requests from customers and employees
