Key Responsibilities
Deliver personalized financial advice and solutions to both personal and business clients at multiple branch locations.
Proactively cross-sell banking products such as checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, and trust/estate accounts.
Strengthen client loyalty through consistent follow-up and relationship management, regardless of the branch you’re serving.
Support business clients with Treasury Services including Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), courier logistics, and cash transport coordination.
Participate in local outreach and community engagement initiatives for each branch you support.
Operations & Compliance
Efficiently open, manage, and service consumer and business accounts in compliance with procedures and regulations.
Maintain adherence to BSA, AML, and information security standards at all assigned branches.
Review and authorize large transactions, monitor daily reporting, and ensure operational accuracy.
Uphold branch security protocols and remain alert for fraud or irregular activities.
Ensure client records are accurate, complete, and compliant across all branch assignments.
Provide on-site mentorship to staff at each location, strengthening team skills and service consistency.
Collaborate with multiple Branch Managers to implement sales strategies and meet performance goals.
Serve as a go-to resource for complex client issues and escalations in the absence of regular branch leadership.
Promote teamwork, professionalism, and accountability in every branch you serve.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail banking experience with proven expertise in account management and teller operations.
Strong knowledge of BSA, AML, and Information Security compliance requirements.
Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new teams, systems, and client bases.
Track record of meeting sales goals and providing tailored financial solutions.
Proficiency with MS Office and banking platforms; Notary Public certification preferred.
Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between assigned branches as needed.
