Director of Finance and Accounting
to lead global financial operations for a dynamic supply chain and manufacturing organization. This role is ideal for a seasoned finance leader with large company experience, a strong foundation in accounting and finance, and a passion for innovation—including leveraging AI to drive efficiency and insight.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage global finance and accounting teams across multiple regions. Oversee all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP/IFRS. Develop and implement scalable financial systems, controls, and processes to support global growth. Partner with executive leadership to drive strategic financial planning and decision-making. Utilize AI and advanced analytics to enhance financial modeling, reporting, and operational efficiency. Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies. Act as true business partner across the organization and lead various ad hoc projects. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred. 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including leadership roles in large, global organizations. Proven experience managing international teams and cross-border financial operations. Deep understanding of financial systems, ERP platforms, and automation tools. Demonstrated experience applying AI or machine learning in financial processes or reporting. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, and evolving environment. Experience in the manufacturing or supply chain industry.
