PER DIEM

Day Shift

Responsibilities

Independently plan, direct and administer evaluation and intervention to patients throughout the medical center.

Assess and treat routine patients utilizing training in the evaluation and treatment process.

Seek mentorship and training in the evaluation and treatment of patients with complex diagnoses.

Assist patients to reach their maximum performance and function.

Collaborate with other disciplines as appropriate to coordinate continuity of patient care from admission to discharge.

Participate in program development and quality improvement tasks.

Ensure patient charges and documentation are accurate and entered timely.

Participate in infection control, equipment training, compliance, safety and educational programs at departmental and organization levels.

Qualifications

Licensed by the State of Washington as an Audiologist.

A Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association.

OR Equivalent education/experience.

Position Details Temporary position, 100% Full‑Time Equivalent (FTE).

Shift: First Shift.

Benefits and Compensation Pay Range Minimum: $47.54 hourly

Pay Range Maximum: $66.04 hourly
