We are seeking a UX Designer to support our Ecommerce Experience in Native Apps (primarily iOS, Android nice to have) as well as Responsive websites.
Our ideal candidate will have experience designing and optimizing all aspects of the Ecommerce funnel, i.e. PLP, PDP, Cart and Checkout.
Responsibilities
Design the user experience on a range of projects.
Build relationships and work strategically with executives, product managers, creative designers, researchers, technologists, and our brands. Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide user experience solutions and user research to meet the business needs.
Create journey maps, wireframes, UI, specifications, audits, heuristic evaluations, taxonomy recommendations, task flows, and prototypes.
Use a deep knowledge of design principles and human behavior to design exceptional frictionless experiences.
Synthesize customer feedback, research, and analytics into actionable results.
Uses skills as seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures.
Resolves a wide range of issues in innovative and practical ways.
Strong knowledge of user experience and research best practices and methodology.
Customer focused with high quality standards.
Demonstrates strong interpersonal, business communication and writing skills.
5-7 years experience working in Ecommerce with deep understanding of what drives Ecommerce KPIs.
Design experience in responsive web on complex websites (e.g., Ecommerce).
Design experience in iOS, native design conventions, and emerging technologies.
Strong visual and interaction design (using Figma) (they use this for everything - design and prototyping).
Strong organizational skills to manage fast-paced schedule and project work.
Must have a comprehensive understanding of UX principles, practices and processes, and a track record of delivering UX solutions and value to product and engineering teams in a large-scale business.
Creative and testing mindset looking for someone to consider different approaches to ultimately find the best solution.
Must be flexible in approach, comfortable presenting to multiple levels of stakeholders.
Proactive, high level of engagement.
Qualifications
Senior level experience in UX design for Ecommerce.
Proficient in Figma and handoff workflows.
Strong visual and interaction design skills.
Experience with native mobile design (iOS/Android).
Experience with responsive web design on complex eCommerce sites.
Deep understanding of product driven metrics and KPIs.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem solving skills.
Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
