At Resolve, we’re building Agentic AI that empowers software engineers by automating production engineering and SRE workflows. Our models deeply understand production systems— from code to databases— taking on repetitive, high‑pressure tasks and handling critical incidents autonomously, so engineers can focus on building.
Our founders (Spiros Xanthos and Mayank Agarwal) are the core creators of OpenTelemetry and led Splunk Observability. They have had 2 successful exits to Splunk and VMware.

What You’ll Do
Lead the Design and Implementation of Frontend Systems. Build delightful, intuitive, and high‑performance interfaces using TypeScript, React, and modern frontend tooling.
Drive Product Vision, translating complex systems and AI capabilities into user‑facing features that enable engineers to interact naturally with our AI agent. Deliver interfaces that make powerful workflows feel simple.
Ensure Performance and Maintainability by designing scalable frontend architecture that is maintainable, performant, and responsive—especially for data‑intensive visualizations and real‑time interfaces.
Build With Product and Users in Mind by collaborating closely with backend engineers, designers, and PMs, leading discussions on product direction and advocating for the end user. Turn real‑world pain points into elegant frontend solutions.
Iterate Quickly and Responsibly, prototyping new features rapidly and incorporating user feedback in tight development loops. Contribute to UI quality through robust testing, accessibility, and component reuse.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 5 years experience doing software development.
Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and React, with a track record of building scalable, maintainable, and performant applications.
Strong UX instincts and ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive interfaces—especially for developer tools, observability systems, or data‑heavy applications.
Experience designing and building reusable component libraries or design systems.
Fluency in collaborating with backend teams on APIs and performance optimization across the stack.
Comfort operating in a fast‑moving startup environment, balancing polish and pragmatism.
Bonus: interest in AI or developer agents, and curiosity around the impact of LLMs in the product experience.
