Provide financial leadership for the supply chain, identifying key drivers of cost and performance trends. Lead monthly and quarterly reporting, explaining KPIs and variances with clear insights. Oversee the annual operating plan and quarterly forecasting, including development of standard costs across plants Partner across Finance and Supply Chain to: Align with Commercial Finance on drivers across all sales channels. Build business cases for innovation, capital investments, and new customer opportunities. Lead an effective S&OP process with Commercial Finance, Demand Planning, and Supply Planning. Support transparent reporting and timely analysis for the Executive Team and Board. Partner with Accounting to ensure GAAP compliance Lead ad hoc analysis and deliver recommendations to the CFO, CSCO, and Executive Leadership Team. Build strong relationships with the Supply Chain Leadership Team to improve cross-functional collaboration. Oversee productivity forecasting, annual supply chain budgets, and standard cost practices (BOMs, labor, overhead). Partner with the CFO on long-term grape harvest and inventory strategies with cooperative owners. Define the future state of Supply Chain Finance by driving automation, improving processes, and strengthening controls. Recruit, retain, and develop top finance talent; create opportunities for cross-training and career growth. Engage with IT to support ERP implementation, ensuring process readiness and adoption. Manage cost accounting, PPV, and financial impact of manufacturing variances. Identify risks and opportunities, ensure financial controls, and drive proactive decision support. Who You Are

Experienced in CPG or manufacturing industries, with broad knowledge of end-to-end supply chain finance. Requirements

12+ years of experience in cost/managerial accounting in manufacturing, preferably high-volume CPG. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Business required; MBA or CPA preferred. Experience leading finance teams with demonstrated success in talent development. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, reporting, and metrics. Experience leading financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Travel up to 10% to plant locations. What You’ll Enjoy

This range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position across all US locations, is based on a full-time work schedule, and is Welch’s good faith estimate as of the date of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
