Let’s Build the Future of Learning Join us to design and deliver AI‑powered learning tools that scale across the world and unlock human potential.
About The Team We’re the team behind Quizlet, the platform where millions of students and teachers come to study, teach, and learn something new every day. From classroom lessons to late‑night study sessions, Quizlet plays a major role in helping students and teachers reach their goals. As the Growth team, we work at the intersection of product and marketing to make it effortless to discover Quizlet, easy to get started, and into a place where learners and educators do their best work. We balance short‑term gains with long‑term durable growth and are maturing the “growth motion” to help us reach new audiences around the world.
About The Role We're looking for an experienced growth product leader who excels at connecting the dots between product, marketing, engineering, and data to accelerate user growth. As the Lead Product Manager for the Growth team, you’ll help millions of learners and teachers find value in Quizlet faster, come back more often, and stay engaged over time. You’ll work with a cross‑functional team of product managers, engineers, designers, and data scientists to build and scale systems that fuel sustainable growth for the business. You’ll thrive at high‑velocity experiments, identify structural improvements to the growth funnel, and develop frameworks that make growth more repeatable and predictable for the business.
In This Role, You Will
Own funnel health and performance reviews, regularly evaluating the end‑to‑end user journey to identify drop‑offs, opportunities, and compounding effects across surfaces and channels
Partner with marketing and creative to ensure acquisition and product experiences form cohesive, measurable growth loops
Drive alignment across product areas so growth principles are embedded in feature development, not just bolted on afterward
Contribute to quarterly planning and prioritization, balancing near‑term impact with investments that build durable, compound growth
Collaborate with research and design to deeply understand user motivation, pain points, and key areas of friction that we can translate into actionable insights
Communicate the results of your learnings across the company, turning successful experiments into playbooks that other PMs can follow
Mentor and develop other PMs on the growth team, setting the pace for growth product craft and analytical rigor
What You Bring To The Table
6+ years of product management experience in consumer technology, SaaS, or mobile applications, with a focus on growth, engagement, and user lifecycle
Demonstrated success in defining and leading multi‑quarter product strategies
Deep expertise in developing roadmaps that balance quick wins with long‑term initiatives
Proven ability to structure lines of work that ladder up to broader business objectives
Strong track record of improving onboarding, increasing activation, and driving retention through product‑led initiatives
Highly analytical and data‑driven—comfortable framing problems, designing analyses, interpreting results, and making informed decisions at scale
Excellent cross‑functional leadership skills with a bias for action and a track record of aligning stakeholders around strategic outcomes
Deep product intuition and user empathy, with a focus on first‑time user experiences and long‑term habit formation
Experience designing and optimizing cross‑platform experiences across both mobile and web
