Overview
Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Neonatologist to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln. Lincoln is a New York State approved Level III Perinatal Center. Some newborns are born high-risk, requiring immediate medical care. Lincoln's Perinatal Center offers specialized services to address the complex health needs of these babies. Located just 15 minutes from NYC, Lincoln is an acute care teaching hospital academically affiliated with Weill Medical College of Cornell University.

Opportunity Details
Caring for newborn infants until they are ready to go home.
Providing prenatal care for high-risk infants.
Caring for infants\' nutrition to ensure optimal growth and development, and finding alternative ways to feed infants who struggle to suckle.
Responsibilities Responsibilities include clinical care of neonates, collaboration with perinatal teams, and participation in teaching and scholarly activities as applicable to a Level III Perinatal Center affiliated with an academic medical center.
Qualifications
Board Certification in Pediatrics Required.
Board Certification or Eligibility in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Required.
Ability to speak Spanish highly desired.
Wages and Benefits Annual Base Salary: $224,000 (board eligible); $239,750 (board certified) based on a 40-hour work week. Additional compensation is available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.
The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $341,920 (board eligible) and $359,245 (board certified), which includes base salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as described below:
Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours per week: $55,520.
Projected bonus up to $40,000 (based on prior year performance), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.
401(k) Company Contribution (no employee match required initially): 3% immediate, then 7% after one year of service.
Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) reimbursement.
Generous annual Paid Time Off (PTO): Vacation, Sick, Holiday, and CME days.
Medical, Prescription, and Dental coverage with top-tier plans and favorable employee contributions.
Life Insurance and AD&D coverage equal to 2x salary (up to $300,000) at no cost; additional voluntary life and AD&D coverage available.
