About The Role We currently have an opportunity for a Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist with an active Illinois license for a 100% telepsychiatry position. This part‑time (10 h/week) role will allow you to provide services remotely for patients accessing care from a Youth and Family Behavioral Health Agency and also provide Medical Director services for outpatient behavioral health programs. Patient population is ages 5+.
What You’ll Do
Provide a full range of psychiatric services to assigned patients, including assessment, evaluation, screening, diagnosis, and treatment.
Analyze and evaluate patient data and test findings to diagnose the nature and extent of behavioral health disorders.
Direct and/or implement psychotherapeutic treatments and prescribe medication to treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders.
Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, social workers, psychiatric nurses, or other professionals to discuss treatment plans and progress.
Examine or order laboratory tests to provide information on general physical condition and mental disorders.
Participate in treatment team activities, including the development and periodic review of treatment plans and taking necessary steps when an individual refuses treatment.
What We’re Looking For
Clinicians must have an active state license.
1–3 years of experience since obtaining license.
Intermediate to advanced experience with technology.
Strong communication skills.
Established and updated CAQH profile strongly preferred.
Position Logistics
100% remote position.
Required to have a private office space in home or elsewhere for confidentiality.
Array will support obtaining additional state licensure and DEA licenses and cover related costs or reimburse out‑of‑pocket expenses.
Compensation And Benefits
