Job Description Protegrity is seeking a passionate and talented Principal Solutions Integration Architect to join our North America Field Delivery Team.

Ideal Candidate We need someone who thrives at the intersection of architecture and implementation, comfortable drafting integration blueprints one moment and jumping into a working session with a client the next. As a Principal Solutions Integration Architect, you’ll assess customer environments, map how Protegrity’s platform fits their data protection goals, and collaborate with Solution Engineering and Customer Success to translate needs into executable designs. You’ll provide over-the-shoulder guidance to client implementation teams walking through ESA configurations, supporting DSG deployments, and troubleshooting Cloud API integrations.

Responsibilities

Design and document integration patterns aligned to enterprise architectures and customer data protection objectives.

Guide implementations through installation, configuration, validation, and second‑environment/multi‑phase rollouts.

Lead technical working sessions and Q&A‑style office hours; provide real‑time troubleshooting, performance tuning, and architecture‑level guidance.

Ensure best practices and delivery milestones are met across ESA, DSG, and Protector deployments within packaged delivery frameworks.

Partner with Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and R&D to deliver scalable, reliable solutions that meet expectations.

Create reusable templates, reference architectures, and delivery playbooks to drive consistency and efficiency.

Translate business and technical requirements into actionable plans and diagrams (e.g., Visio, Draw.io, PowerPoint.)

Maintain current knowledge of cloud‑native architectures, integration approaches, and DevOps practices to inform solution design.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems) or equivalent hands‑on delivery experience.

8–12+ years in enterprise architecture, solution design, integration engineering, or technical implementation within complex environments.

Ability to operate autonomously across multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast‑paced, matrixed organization.

Practical expertise with integration frameworks and tools, including RESTful/SOAP APIs and data movement/transformation platforms (ETL, RDBMS, data lakes, data warehouses).

Strong proficiency in Linux (shell scripting, administration, production troubleshooting).

Demonstrated depth in one or more major cloud platforms, spanning infrastructure, database management, and API integration, with broad architectural awareness.

Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and at least one NoSQL system (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB).

Skill in designing, optimizing, and managing data architectures across traditional and distributed environments.

Proficiency with modern data platforms, including data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) and scalable data lakes/lakehouses supporting analytics, real‑time processing, and ML workflows.

Deep understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, containers (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes) across cloud and hybrid infrastructures.

Advanced SQL and fluency in at least two programming languages—ideally Python, Java, and/or C#.

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for technical and non‑technical audiences.

Hands‑on experience guiding customer teams through installation, configuration, and validation of Protegrity components or comparable enterprise solutions.

Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% for client engagements and project delivery needs.

Preferred Qualifications

Successful delivery of integration‑intensive projects in complex enterprise environments.

Familiarity with Protegrity’s packaged delivery framework and key milestones (ESA, DSG, Protector).

Solid grasp of cybersecurity principles, data protection regulations, and secure SDLC methodologies.

Active CISSP or equivalent credentials (e.g., CISM, CCSP) strongly preferred.
