Position Overview

We’re seeking a

Marketing Director

who understands real estate, branding, and brokerage culture. You’ll be responsible for leading branding efforts, onboarding and supporting brokerage teams, and aligning all marketing initiatives with asset strategy and performance. This role requires someone with

real estate branding experience, strong agency oversight skills, and the ability to energize brokers and stakeholders around a unified vision.

The Ideal Candidate

A polished, professional modern marketer with a background in real estate or property branding

Confident collaborating directly with sales agents, brokers, and asset managers

Experience working with or overseeing marketing agencies and creative partners

Self-driven, energetic, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment

Youthful, energetic, brand-savvy, with a hands-on leadership style

Key Responsibilities

Own the full development and execution of marketing and branding strategies

Onboard and engage brokerage companies and their agents across all properties

Ensure strong brand cohesion across each asset in the portfolio

Act as the marketing point of contact for agents and leasing teams

Partner with asset managers to support leasing velocity and asset performance

Oversee and manage creative agencies, freelancers, and external vendors

Monitor performance of marketing campaigns and leasing success metrics

Lead content development for digital, print, and on-site collateral

Qualifications

3–6 years of experience in real estate marketing, brokerage, or property branding

Proven ability to build and execute branding strategy in a real estate setting

Experience working closely with brokers, agents, or leasing teams

Strong project management and communication skills

Ability to think creatively and translate vision into tangible campaigns

Must-Haves

Real estate experience in branding or marketing

Experience working with brokerages and sales/leasing teams

Polished, energetic, and agency-capable

Proven ability to own and grow marketing for multiple assets
