As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll lead efforts to deliver new features and products, helping Qualified launch the next‑generation B2B marketing platform. Your product leadership will drive every phase of the software lifecycle. By working with customers and analyzing metrics, you’ll evaluate new opportunities and define strategic direction. You’ll collaborate closely with product designers and engineers to plan and execute projects, and with marketing, sales, and customer teams to launch products successfully.
At Qualified, we’re at the frontier of applying AI—especially LLMs—to B2B marketing. We look for PMs who are technologists, innovators, and problem solvers navigating uncharted territory.
Responsibilities
Work with customers and stakeholders to solicit input, facilitate debate, and drive consensus on product direction.
Translate product ideas into well‑reasoned requirements and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
Guide product designers and engineers toward delivering great products.
Define a vision for launching new products, validating, and iterating to maturity.
Support the team in all ways needed—leading, motivating, and rolling up sleeves for QA, UAT, tech writing, etc.
Ideal Candidate
3+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B.
Technical background and ability to navigate complexities.
Proponent of agile product development and iterative building.
Strong product sense and commitment to delivering superior products.
Excellent communicator and collaborator with executives, stakeholders, and customers.
Entrepreneurial spirit.
