Associate Dentist (General Practice – Pediatrics/Young Adults) Overview

Our well‑established, modern practice is seeking a
full‑time Associate Dentist
to join our team. We provide comprehensive care to children and young adults through age 20 in a newly updated facility. The role focuses fully on clinical skills without administrative responsibilities. The position is
production‑based , offering exceptional earning potential and benefits. You’ll provide routine exams, general restorative treatment, and hygiene checks
4–5 days per week . Pediatric experience is preferred but not required, and
new graduates are welcome . Key Responsibilities
Provide dental care to pediatric and young adult patients across a wide range of needs Conduct routine exams, restorative treatment, and hygiene checks Review medical histories with patients and parents/guardians Accurately maintain patient chart notes and records Collaborate with fellow dentists and clinical staff in a group setting Support the practice team with additional duties as assigned Ideal Candidate
Open-minded, adaptable, and eager to learn Efficient and able to manage a busy patient schedule Thrives in a team-oriented environment Enjoys working with children and young adults Brings a professional, friendly demeanor with excellent bedside manner Positive attitude and enjoys a bright, welcoming practice setting Qualifications
Active North Carolina Dental License (required) Experience in general dentistry; pediatric experience preferred but not required Strong clinical and communication skills Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care Compensation & Benefits
