Base Pay Range $145,000.00/year – $165,000.00/year

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of employment law policies and procedures across the organization, including the Global Handbook.

Advise senior management and HR teams on complex employment law matters, including recruitment, employee relations, redundancy, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations.

Oversee the drafting, negotiation, and review of employment contracts, consultancy agreements, and service contracts to ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation.

Monitor and interpret legislative developments in employment law, ensuring the organization remains compliant with current regulations.

Manage the resolution of employment disputes and contractual issues, liaising with external counsel as necessary.

Represent the organization in legal proceedings, tribunals, and negotiations with regulatory bodies.

Provide strategic input into organizational change projects and restructuring from an employment and contractual perspective.

Maintain accurate records of human resource and employment legal documentation and correspondence.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

10+ years qualified attorney with significant post‑qualification experience in employment and contract law.

Law firm experience preferred.

Proven track record in a senior legal role, ideally within a large or complex organization.

Knowledge of U.S. employment legislation, case law, and regulatory requirements.

Extensive experience in drafting and negotiating a wide range of employment and commercial contracts.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience collaborating with external counsel.

Ability to provide pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice.
