General Otolaryngologist-Head and Neck Surgeon
Kaiser Permanente Santa Rosa Medical Center and the Department of Head and Neck Surgery are seeking a full‑time General Otolaryngologist‑Head and Neck Surgeon. The start date can be as early as April 2026. The salary range is $450,000 – $475,020 per year, plus potential incentive up to $90,470. A reduced schedule with pro‑rated compensation may be available.
We are a group of five Head and Neck Surgeons: two general surgeons, one fellowship‑trained Facial Plastic & Reconstructive surgeon, one fellowship‑trained Rhinologist, and one fellowship‑trained Laryngologist. The group performs a wide variety of cases – pediatric, laryngology, facial plastic surgery (reconstructive and cosmetic), thyroid/parathyroid, head and neck cancer, nasal/sinus – and collaborates closely with associated departments such as Audiology & Hearing Aid Center, Endocrinology, Allergy, Oncology/Radiation Oncology, Speech and Language Pathology. Cancer care is supported by a regional Head and Neck Cancer team with a weekly tumor board and referral centers for complex cancer surgeries (robotic, microvascular reconstruction). For more complex cases, tertiary referral centers (Skull Base Surgery, Pediatric Otolaryngology, Oral/Maxillofacial Surgery) are available.
Coverage includes 24/7 call at KP Santa Rosa Medical Center. Although the hospital is not a trauma center, occasional facial trauma calls are shared with Plastic Surgery.
