Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify critical problems in the Home Loan Origination process

Design and develop proof of concepts and sample implementations to validate potential solutions

Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Lead the development of innovative solutions using the AWS stack, ensuring scalability and reliability

Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in Agentic AI, to integrate advanced technologies into our solutions

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions into existing system

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience

Proven experience as a Senior Engineer or Principal Engineer

Proficiency in the AWS stack, including services such as ECS, EC2, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, and API Gateway

Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js

Experience with Agentic AI technologies and their application in solving business challenges

Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams

Experience in mentoring and guiding junior engineers

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices

Proven experience preferably in the financial services or home loan industry

Experience with micro services architecture and cloud‑native application development

Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the financial services sector
