We are seeking an experienced and visionary
Salesforce CRM Architect & Multidisciplinary Leader
to drive the strategic evolution of our Salesforce ecosystem and oversee complex, cross‑functional initiatives across the enterprise. This role blends
strategic leadership
with
hands‑on technical expertise , focusing on scalable architecture, seamless integrations, and end‑to‑end business transformation. The ideal candidate will lead greenfield Salesforce implementations, build scalable systems from the ground up, and collaborate with cross‑departmental teams to deliver measurable value through technology innovation and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Marketing functions.
Define and implement technical roadmaps aligned with business growth and transformation goals.
Drive greenfield implementations, establishing scalable frameworks and best practices from inception.
Oversee end‑to‑end integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and automation tools.
Implement iPaaS and process automation to streamline data exchange and enhance system efficiency.
Continuously monitor and optimize Salesforce performance, ensuring platform stability and scalability.
Lead cross‑functional programs that bridge business and technology teams across multiple domains.
Define and enforce development standards, governance frameworks, and quality controls for all Salesforce‑related projects.
Manage and mentor multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful delivery of enterprise‑scale initiatives.
Uphold data security, governance, and compliance standards across all Salesforce and integrated systems.
Establish controls for data integrity, privacy, and regulatory compliance across business processes.
Champion digital transformation and process automation across departments to enable operational scalability.
Stay current with emerging Salesforce and automation technologies, applying innovation to drive business value.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of progressive experience in Salesforce architecture, solution design, and enterprise program management.
Proven track record of leading greenfield Salesforce implementations and building scalable system architectures.
Deep technical expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and integration frameworks.
Strong understanding of Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud environments and related CRM processes.
Experience managing complex, cross‑disciplinary programs involving multiple business and technology functions.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for diverse stakeholder groups.
Strategic thinker with the ability to balance technical depth and business acumen in decision‑making.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, or System Architect.
Certifications in Project/Program Management (PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master).
Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, CRM, and enterprise payment or procurement systems.
Familiarity with Marketing Cloud, CDP, and Einstein AI features.
Exposure to automation, robotics, or AI‑driven environments.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify and drive process optimization and system enhancements.
