Position Senior Software Engineer, Data Team – Full‑time, Hybrid (NYC). The role is based in New York City and prioritizes in‑person and hybrid candidates.

Compensation Range $160,000 – $200,000 annually, based on skills and experience.

Responsibilities

Build core data ingestion tools that underpin all of Camber’s products.

Develop critical integrations with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems in ABA and other verticals.

Scale the system to ingest thousands of patients and millions of sessions.

Support internal teams such as sales, customer support, and product teams by providing reliable data integrations and greater transparency for customers.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience working on production systems.

3+ years building data platforms.

Experience with Python, AWS (or other cloud platforms), and SQL.

Hands‑on experience with ELT processes, Spark, Flink, Beam, Kafka, and data lake and warehouse technologies.

Mission‑driven mindset focused on empowering clinics with clean, dependable data.

Customer empathy and ability to understand pain points to deliver products that meet needs.

Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies.
