Join Avis Budget Group as a Manager Trainee in our Operational Strength Program (OSP) in San Diego, CA. The program is a full‑time, 12‑month immersive experience that develops leaders through operations, customer service, logistics, and team leadership training.
What You’ll Do As a Trainee you will:
Rotate through key operational functions across our locations.
Receive personalized mentorship from experienced leaders.
Apply new skills daily with hands‑on experience.
Collaborate with an OSP peer cohort designed for collaboration and support.
Build confidence and business acumen to lead operations in a fast‑paced environment.
Program Features
Structured learning to strengthen skill set.
Rotations across various operations functions.
Coaching and support from senior leaders.
Additional compensation for top performers.
Relocation support and company vehicle (insurance, gas, maintenance covered).
Compensation and Benefits
Annual Salary: $68,000
Sign‑On Bonus: $2,500
Company Vehicle: Gas, insurance, and maintenance covered.
Career Placement: Guaranteed transition into a management role upon program completion.

Qualifications
2‑ or 4‑year college degree or 4 years of military service.

Valid driver’s license.
Strong leadership potential, resilience, and passion for leading teams.
Thrives in a hands‑on, fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
Emotional intelligence, urgency, solutions‑focused mindset.
Regular on‑site presence (non‑remote).
Extra points for at least one year of high‑quality customer service experience.
