Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the
General Manager, NA
holds full strategic and operational responsibility for the region, including P&L management, organizational leadership, and commercial strategy execution. This individual will be responsible for maximizing the commercial opportunity in the region through market development, operational efficiency, and sustained revenue and margin growth. The General Manager will lead all commercial functions within the NA business, with a particular focus on sales, marketing, and customer partnerships, while fostering collaboration with central finance, supply chain, and product teams located in OCEANA.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Hold overall P&L accountability for the region $30m driving top-line growth through operational excellence and strategic market expansion.
Identify and implement innovative business development opportunities aligned to brand values and strategy.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers to enhance market presence and share.
Take a proactive, entrepreneurial approach in managing major accounts and driving business growth in a competitive environment.
Develop an organization with the capability and culture to meet ambitious strategic and financial goals.
Implement best practices and operational standards across commercial functions.
Drive transformation through creative and data-driven sales methods, ensuring alignment across regional teams.
Strategic Leadership
As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, actively contribute to broader business strategy.
Inspire and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence while fostering a results‑driven culture.
Build loyalty and engagement across the region through transparent communication and shared purpose.
QUALIFICATIONS Commercial Leadership and P&L Management
Demonstrated experience in senior commercial roles with full P&L accountability at the regional or country level.
Proven track record in developing and executing growth strategies within
branded consumer goods.
Industry Experience
Deep understanding of the North American retail landscape, customer behavior, and market opportunities.
Experience in navigating dynamic and competitive markets, with an entrepreneurial and pragmatic approach to execution.
Growth and Cost Management Experience
History of delivering sustainable growth and profitability in volatile market environments.
Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets, resources, and efficiency initiatives.
Experience leading cross‑functional, multicultural teams with a focus on performance, accountability, and talent development.
Ability to foster collaboration and build a KPI‑driven high‑performance culture.
LOCATION This role is based in Broomfield, Colorado.
TRAVEL Frequent travel within NA is required to meet partners, distributors, and team members. Quarterly travel to OCEANA is expected for Executive Leadership Team meetings.
COMPENSATION The base salary range for this role is $300k – $375k commensurate with experience.
