What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead and mentor a team of epidemiologists in the design and implementation of observational research studies
Execute studies to support evidence generation for product safety and efficacy assessments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform strategic business decisions using real-world data
Manage resources and track priorities within the department to align with business goals
Contribute to the development of innovative epidemiological methods and strategies
What is Required (Qualifications)
Doctorate degree and 4 years of scientific experience OR Master’s degree and 8 years of scientific experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of scientific experience
Minimum of 4 years of experience directly managing people or leading teams and projects
Strong leadership skills with experience in resource allocation
Proven ability to design and analyze observational research studies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Doctorate in Epidemiology or a related field with significant observational research content
Experience in drug development support through observational research
Strong project planning and management skills in observational research
Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams
Proven interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
