About The Team
We're looking for someone to help scale DoorDash's next billion dollar business, DashMart. The DashMart team is focused on building a new type of grocery store, offering household essentials, groceries and local restaurant favorites to our customers' doorsteps.
About The Role
We are hiring an Associate Manager to join the DashMart Strategy & Operations organization, focused on strategic profitability projects and analysis. In this role you will lead product-driven programs designed to improve profitability, liaise with Accounting partners on processes such as Procure to Pay, and will be goaled against a key profitability metric. You will play a critical role in helping us achieve high levels of efficiency and cost reduction across the DashMart business.
You will work cross‑functionally, partnering closely with accounting & AP, vendor managers, product and engineering teams, finance partners, and more. We operate in a hybrid work model with opportunities for in‑person collaboration a few times a year, and all our offices are open should you choose to go in on a more regular basis.
You will report into a Manager within the Supply Chain org of the DashMart team.

Compensation
The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job‑related factors. Base salary is localized based on location. In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

Paid Time Off Details
For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (≈6.7 hours/month), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (≈5.8 hours/month).
Earnings Range
$98,600—$145,000 USD (national base pay range for this position).
