Location: Baltimore/Washington D.C. Job Category: Administrative Division: Intralox Intralox, LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator for the Development Project Management Team in the Equipment platform. This individual will be primarily responsible for supporting the leadership team with a wide variety of administrative and planning tasks. This position will be based in our Baltimore, Maryland office. This Project Coordinator will work with cross functional teams executing substantial deliverable projects/programs for key customers. To be successful, the candidate should be proactive, highly motivated to learn, and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership. Coordinate with Project Managers and cross-functional stakeholders through all aspects of the project life cycle in execution of deliverables, programs, or other projects as needed. Ensure the quality of deliverables with assistance from Project Managers and cross-functional teams. Review and understand project proposals, contract documents, scope of work or SOW, and project schedules. Support cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Financial Accounting, and Customer Service teams. Maintain accurate records and data in project dashboards, schedules, or tracking sheets and ensure timely updates to project records. Ensure accurate reporting of time in support of project cost tracking. Process requests received via multiple channels with precision and professionalism. Help identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to tool development. Ensure documentation is organized and up to date. Submit deliverables in customer ecosystems and navigate databases (SmartSheets, SharePoint, Windchill). Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to update status on project work. Communicate and report project status, forecasts, metrics, requirements, and risks to stakeholders at all levels. Schedule, attend, or lead status update meetings and prepare project progress reports as needed. Review and deliver project submittals, submittal status, release and delivery. Champion and model the company culture and principles; attend training to improve skill sets. Create various deliverables to satisfy contract requirements as needed. Review SOW requirements to ensure compliance and extract relevant information from source content to satisfy deliverable requirements. Consult with Subject Matter Experts when needed to locate source content. Deliverable creation may involve compiling data from multiple documents and writing descriptions based on SOW requirements. Ability to be in office a minimum of 3 days per week and obtain basic level clearance to submit deliverables in customer software systems. Requirements
High-School Diploma and minimum of 1 year of office experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly motivated, self-managed, and positive attitude. Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Inquisitive: good at asking questions to gain clarity. A self-managed individual who is a team player and open to new ideas for continuous improvement. Ability to be in office minimum 3 days per week. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. The company considers factors such as role, experience, location, education, and key skills.
