Location: Mount Laurel, New Jersey. 3 HTi is a privately held systems integrator and a Global Leader for Digital Transformation of the Manufacturing Enterprise, delivering technology platforms and enterprise applications that accelerate time to market and improve quality. We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in business development and selling enterprise software solutions in the discrete manufacturing sector.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and target new business opportunities within the discrete manufacturing industry.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and implement lead generation campaigns, webinars, and other promotional activities.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers in target organizations.
Work closely with the sales team to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
Continuously monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Represent 3 HTi at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree.
5+ years of successful business development experience, preferably within the discrete manufacturing industry.
Proven prospecting and proactive selling skills.
Cold calling experience and a strong track record in developing and executing strategic business plans that drive significant revenue growth.
Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills combined with strong presentation skills.
Strong team player, self‑disciplined, and able to work independently.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Salesforce experience (plus lead generation and pipeline management using Salesforce CRM).
Understanding of sales methods and strategies, such as Top‑Down Selling, MEDDICC, etc.
Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary with variable component. Estimated OTE $80k–$150k annually. Full‑time, Mid‑Senior level. Base pay commensurate with experience.
