Enlighten is looking for an experienced Product Owner to directly support operations and assist in growth strategy with emphasis on U.S. Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER) and the Defensive Cyber Operations command at Fort Meade, MD. The role will provide project management and DevSecOps support to enable organic growth and will assist in data acquisition, data validation and training efforts developed for cyber operations on the government owned Big Data Platform (BDP). On-site presence is required 2-3 days per week. CONUS or OCONUS travel may be required up to 25% of the time. Establish, foster and strengthen relationships between the company and targeted government customers. Lead data acquisition development and data strategy in support of operations and work to validate data-related production capabilities within the customer’s daily operations. Serve as the SME for the Army operational BDP capabilities and work to operationalize capabilities into the customer’s daily operations. Provide excellent technical support to Army users of the BDP regarding data needs and requirements; answer user questions and troubleshoot issues related to data ingest on the platform. Understand all Tiers of the Army Network to support implementing new data pipeline solutions from the Army base level to the enterprise. Lead gathering data requirements from Army customer leads and convey them to developers by establishing and maintaining an Army data strategy. Understand our technology/capabilities and champion them accordingly. Provide company leadership updates on project status, key customer engagements, and overall assessment of the government’s direction and adoption of capabilities. Function as the SME for Army customer landscape. Establish relationships with influential leads with the Chain of Command and help influence government decision making regarding data. Collaborate with Enlighten’s Customer Experience Group (CEG) to develop and implement development plans, operational roadmaps, and action plans for identified communities of interest. Expand future opportunities by working with existing customers and assist the Army program in identifying new market opportunities and target markets; document and maintain opportunities in the CEG pipeline tools. Develop customer relationships and maintain updated knowledge of customer plans, programs, and general market intelligence; develop an external network of solution partners and providers. Collaborate with internal marketing and engineering departments. Own the customer experience from start to finish. Work with development and engineering teams to ensure DevSecOps pipeline delivery dates align with customer targets and timelines. Act as the focal point for communicating data capabilities to the customer and ensure awareness of relevant DevSecOps pipeline touchpoints for acceptance of updates, features, or capabilities. Additional duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications

Security Clearance: A current TS/SCI with CI Polygraph level U.S. Government security clearance is required; U.S. citizenship required. 9+ years in DoD cyber, agile development, and/or big data with a B.A. in Business, a technical field, or related; 7 years relevant experience with a Master's in related field; or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience. Must have prior government or military experience with organizations such as MARFORCYBER, DCSA, DISA, Army Cyber, U.S. Cyber Command, U.S. Air Force (AFCYBER), or 10TH Fleet / Navy Cyber. Experience directly managing complex technical projects and/or programs. Understanding of budget practices and acquisitions processes within the organizations or existing relationships with relevant individuals. Strong computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with others. Ability to speak in a public forum. Excellent interviewing skills including active listening and empathy. Experience participating in the full lifecycle of Business Development, including proposal support, staffing, opportunity identification, bid/no-bid analysis, RFI/Market Responses, etc. Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%, CONUS or OCONUS, sometimes on short notice. Ability to work on customer site 2-3 days a week in Ft. Meade, MD. Flexibility to adapt to schedule changes as needed. Preferred Requirements

Experience with Software Engineering, Cloud Technologies, Data Engineering and Cyber Security. Technical background sufficient to determine system requirements and collaborate with engineering and management to ensure accurate design and estimating; asset but not required.
