Your role and responsibilities The PM of Testing and Cutover is responsible for managing the testing strategy and the cutover strategy for each phased release. For managing testing, the PM is responsible for managing the testing strategy and leading the testing team through execution, while coaching the testing developers with best practices in testing methodologies to ensure quality. For cutover, the PM is responsible for working with the work streams to identify a clearly defined cutover plan with clear expectations of dependencies and client responsibilities. The candidate needs to be able to manage team members, plan and execute testing and cutover approaches, lead client discussions, and manage testing of new work while maintaining testing of a live instance. Strong communication and leadership skills are required.
Required technical and professional expertise
Hands-on experience using Jira for project tracking and issue management
Familiarity with cutover planning and managing complex migrations across multiple phased releases, ideally within SAP Concur environments
Proficient in Microsoft Project for scheduling, resource management, and progress tracking
Must have ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance
5+ years of project management
5+ years of testing experience
Preferred technical and professional experience Experience with Tosca. Strong understanding of SAP products, project management methodologies, and experience in managing large-scale SAP implementation projects
