Italy Core Scheme Certification Planner - Maternity Leave
to join its office in Genova or S. Bonifacio (VR), Italy within the
Mediterranean & Africa Certification
Division.
Mission A Certification Planner is a meticulous, organized and precise professional who ensures that every certification decision is made by RINA’s highest qualified experts and that ensures adherence to competence standards and operational timelines.
Key Accountabilities Responsible for overseeing the entire operational workflow related to certification resolutions:
Case Flow Management:
Receive, review, and systematically organize all Committee requests (complete and comprehensive audit dossiers prepared for submission to the Committee) originating from the national operational network in Italy.
Qualified Technical Matching:
Identify appropriate Decision Makers (DMs) qualified both in the relevant Certification Schemes (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, etc.) and specific IAF sectors pertinent to the organization under certification.
Assignment and Coordination:
Precisely assign each case to the identified DM, ensuring balanced workload distribution and preventing conflicts of interest.
Monitoring and Compliance with Deadlines:
Proactively monitor and ensure that the DM completes the review and decision-making process (the “Committee”) within the agreed operational deadlines and/or those stipulated by the Organization.
Education Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering General or Management Engineering
Qualifications Good understanding of Management Systems principles (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, EMAS, etc.) and certification processes.
Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17021 (requirements for certification bodies) and the structure of IAF sectors.
Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel for data management and workflow organization.
Excellent organizational skills, precision, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
