full-time Physical Therapists for dedicated roles

across our East Dallas–Fort Worth metro locations.

This is not a float or travel position

one home clinic

selected based on your preferences and commute. Available Clinics: McKinney – Lakota Trail : 3565 Lakota Trl, Suite 100, McKinney, TX 75070 Little Elm – E. University Blvd : 26744 E. University Blvd, Suite 500, Little Elm, TX 76227 Anna – W. White St : 2100 W. White St, Suite 290, Anna, TX 75409 You’ll select your preferred clinic during the hiring process and work exclusively at that location. Salary & Incentives Base Salary:

$75,000 – $90,000 annually (DOE) Monthly incentive bonus:

Up to $2,500/month (up to $32,500/year) Student loan reimbursement:

Up to $25,000 Sign-on bonus:

Available at select clinics Total compensation potential:

Vista Physical Therapy’s East DFW clinics deliver personalized, hands-on, and evidence-based

outpatient orthopedic care . Services include: Orthopedic and sports therapy Manual therapy and functional rehabilitation Spine rehab and chronic condition management Pre- and post-op care Vestibular therapy and clinic-specific specialties Return-to-sport and return-to-work programs Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Design and execute individualized treatment plans Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education Maintain clear and timely documentation in EMR Collaborate with teammates to ensure excellent outcomes Engage in mentorship, continuing education, and team meetings Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program Active Texas PT license (or eligibility to obtain) Strong interpersonal and clinical communication skills New graduates welcome – mentorship available About Us
