Overview
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to global tax compliance and strategy within a dynamic, multinational environment. The position focuses on U.S. international tax reporting and compliance, including calculations related to Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, and foreign tax credits.
Responsibilities
Prepare Earnings & Profits (E&P) calculations and compute Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, Section 163(j) limitations, and foreign tax credits.
Prepare U.S. tax filings for foreign entities, including Forms 5471, 8858, and 8865.
Review and analyze data submitted by foreign affiliates to ensure accuracy in U.S. tax reporting.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of international tax transactions.
Support U.S. tax audit requests by gathering and organizing relevant information.
Participate in process improvement initiatives, including automation and streamlining of tax compliance workflows.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in U.S. corporate and international tax compliance, preferably within a large multinational corporation or Big 4 accounting firm.
Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tax compliance software.
CPA license preferred.
Master’s degree in Taxation preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree required.
Master’s degree preferred.
