Role Description This is a
part-time role
for a
Marketing Content Creator (Creative + Data-Driven) . The Marketing Content Creator will develop, design, and manage content for social media, email marketing, and digital campaigns. This role includes creating visually compelling Canva designs, editing short-form video, writing engaging copy, and helping manage content calendars across platforms.
You will stay current with industry trends, analyze performance, and collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand voice and campaign goals. The ideal candidate is both creative and strategic — someone who can create eye-catching content that not only looks great, but also converts.
Responsibilities
Create visually appealing graphics, carousels, and short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
Edit reels/short videos for multi-platform use
Write social media captions, blog content, and email newsletter copy
Conduct market research to identify trends and incorporate them into content strategy
Collaborate on content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules
Design and schedule email campaigns in platforms such as Mailchimp, GoHighLevel, or similar
Analyze performance metrics and make data-based recommendations for improvement
Qualifications
2+ years of experience creating and managing content for businesses
Expert-level Canva skills (must be able to modify templates or build designs from scratch)
Strong video editing experience for social media content
Knowledge of digital marketing, social media best practices, and current trends
Experience with email marketing platforms and content management tools
Strong writing skills and storytelling ability
Familiarity with SEO and content performance metrics
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
