They build mission-critical facilities for data center facilities nationwide for Enterprise, Colocation and Hyperscale Companies. They provide electrical project management expertise for their clients’ critical power needs. We are looking for an Electrical Construction Project Manager to support critical facility construction projects. This PM will run the office, manage projects from cradle to grave: estimates, execution to completion, procurement, and post-implementation support. They will manage all aspects of delivering a data center construction project, providing leadership to contractors and vendors associated with the delivery of the company’s electrical projects. The candidate will have overall responsibility for the delivery of assigned projects on budget and on time, ensuring the project scope and quality meet Company Design Standards and project objectives. The successful candidate will be exceptionally organized with strong back-office skills (change orders, budgets, process-driven, etc.). Ideal candidate has progressed through Electrical trades on the commercial side of the business. Responsibilities

Project focus will be in the 200mm - 500mm+ range Focus on ground-up data center projects or upgrades, retrofits, and swapping out electrical equipment in live/production settings Respond to RFPs and RFIs to generate regional work Generate estimates, prepare and review project proposals and plans to determine timeframes, work plans, and funding limitations Establish procedures for project execution, staffing requirements, and allocation of resources to project phases Maintain logs required to track project progress Oversee the project through administrative direction of on-site supervision to ensure design, budget, and schedule compliance Develop project plans – sizing, costs, budgets, scheduling, timelines, forecasting, expense tracking, and change management Manage multiple projects simultaneously; assist Senior Project Manager in negotiating contracts with vendors; create and manage project schedules Maintain liaison with contractors and vendors to manage day-to-day activities affecting project delivery Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients; represent the company in project meetings and coordinate with other contractors, GCs, and company departments Develop Change Management Forms and Create Methods of Procedure (MOPs) Ensure day-to-day responsibilities are met by contractors and vendors Manage a regional team of suppliers and coordinate equipment deliveries with the Customer’s Construction Contractor Lead planning for manpower and integration of internal projects on the Customer Site Uphold Company Standards in project delivery by all participants Deliver Built-to-Suit projects with emphasis on value engineering Manage financial aspects of contracts (progress billing, rental equipment, income/expenses) to protect the company’s interests while maintaining client relationships Ensure electrical components are installed per drawings, specs, and electrical code Oversee electrical installations and site safety, ensuring adherence to standards Maintain OSHA-aligned safety practices and company/national policies Qualifications

Experience managing Data Center Construction Projects as a General Contractor Experience managing a budget 5+ years’ experience as a licensed journeyman electrician is a plus 5+ years of supervisory experience / people and resource management Thorough knowledge of electrical trade practices, methods, equipment, materials, and tools Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions Ability to supervise skilled workers and provide guidance and leadership Experience interpreting blueprints and specifications (electrical and mechanical drawings) Experience with electrical conduits / power systems such as UPS, switchgear, generators, and PDUs Background or familiarity with terms such as crown box, offset, and slice junctions Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in the Data Center Construction Industry BA/BS/Associate degree a plus but not required Client-facing/Relationship/Management skills Effective communicator (email, phone, in-person) Ability to work independently; self-starter, self-motivated, detail-oriented Travel as needed to project sites OSHA Certification (or ability to obtain within first 12 months) Computer proficiency: MS Project, Excel, Teams, Oracle Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Procore, AutoCAD a plus Military/veteran background a plus (e.g., Navy nukes, Seabees, Army/Navy related electrical/mechanical experience) Submittal Instructions
