Position Overview:

We are seeking passionate case managers to join our HIPAA Member Rights Team. This role is critical in ensuring that our organization adheres to all legal and regulatory requirements while effectively processing high compliance risk items. The case manager will be responsible for handling claims records for subpoena requests from law firms and government entities, while ensuring we remain HIPAA compliant.

Due to the nature of handling extremely sensitive member information, case managers should demonstrate very strong organizational skills, a focus on attention to detail, and a passion for precision for every case touched.

Minimum Requirements

Ability to focus on attention to detail.

Strong organizational skills.

Ability to achieve high level of precision relating to cases worked.

Proven ability to manage high-stakes situations and navigate complex issues.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders.

Mastery of problem solving and decision-making skills

Preferred experience in compliance, legal documentation management, or a related field

Education High School Diploma or equivalent

Anticipated Weekly Hours 40

Time Type Full time

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is:

$18.50 - $38.82

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
