Are you passionate about connecting systems, automating data flows, and making technology work seamlessly together? We’re looking for a
skilled Software Integration Engineer
with a strong background in
Python development
and
data integration
to help build the backbone of our software ecosystem. In this role, you’ll design and maintain integrations that connect internal and external systems—ensuring data is synchronized, secure, and reliable across platforms. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop APIs, optimize automation workflows, and deliver scalable solutions that drive efficiency and performance. Responsibilities
Develop, test, and deploy software integrations using Python and modern frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django). Build and maintain APIs, data pipelines, and connectors to integrate ERP, CRM, and cloud-based systems. Identify opportunities for automation and improved data flow between key applications. Collaborate with teams across departments to ensure seamless data synchronization. Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement long-term fixes. Document integration processes, API endpoints, and data mappings. Maintain high standards for data security, governance, and compliance. Stay ahead of integration best practices and emerging technologies. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 3+ years of professional experience in software or data integration. Proficient in
Python
for scripting, automation, and API development. Strong understanding of
RESTful APIs , webhooks, and message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka). Experience with
ETL processes
and database integration (SQL and NoSQL). Familiarity with
cloud platforms
(AWS, Azure, GCP) and tools like Airflow, MuleSoft, or Boomi. Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail. Preferred Skills
Experience with ERP or CRM integrations (Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite). Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows. Compensation
$120,000–$145,000+ (base plus incentives, based on experience). About Us
