Overview
This role supports the U.S. domestic tax team and focuses on federal corporate income tax compliance and reporting. The Senior Tax Analyst will assist in preparing tax returns, calculating provisions, and supporting financial statement disclosures, while also contributing to ad hoc tax projects. Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing U.S. federal corporate income tax returns under the guidance of senior tax professionals. Support tax provision calculations and help prepare related financial statement footnotes. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tax filings and provisions. Maintain roll-forward schedules for tax accounts. Use Excel to analyze financial data and calculate tax liabilities. Conduct tax research to ensure compliance with current laws and regulations. Organize and maintain documentation and workpapers to support tax filings. Participate in special tax projects and assignments as needed. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of 3 years of relevant corporate tax experience. Experience with ONESOURCE Income Tax and Tax Provision software preferred. Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
