- Thursday, Oct 30: 8:00am-4:30pm (clinic setup at 8:00am, procedures 8:30am-4:00pm, break 12:15pm-1:00pm, reconciliation and tear-down 4:00pm-4:30pm)
Responsibilities and Duties
- Take detailed medical histories
- Perform non-DOT physical examinations
- Collaborate with clinical team during setup, procedures, and reconciliation
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation
- Adhere to all clinic protocols and procedures
Additional Information
- Providers must have their own collaborator or supervising physician
- Must be licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in Virginia
