We are seeking a Psychiatrist for a 12-week locum tenens assignment in Georgia, starting Oct 27, 2025. This remote opportunity offers flexible scheduling of 3-6 hours per week within the hours of 9:30am-4pm, Monday through Friday. Providers will support patients with common mental health conditions through brief, focused evaluations and medication management.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Meet remotely with patients experiencing mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety
  • Conduct brief psychiatric evaluations and medication management sessions (15-30 minutes per patient)
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient history, symptoms, and clinical judgment
  • Complete thorough and timely chart notes and documentation (typically 15-30 minutes per session)
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust medications as appropriate, and provide supportive psychoeducation
  • Maintain professional standards of care, patient privacy, and ethical telehealth practice
  • Experience with depressed and suicidal patients is a plus
  • Comfortable prescribing when appropriate
