The Tree of Life Resource Center, founded by local philanthropist Amanda Schumacher, serves as a vital resource for individuals and families in need in Central Palm Beach County. Originally established as a response to the pandemic, the center has grown into a 5,000 sf. warehouse and office space, providing food, clothing, medical, educational, and other necessary resources. Through partnerships with local companies and organizations, the center currently serves over 450 families a week and has distributed over 12 million pounds of resources since May 2020.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Warehouse Associate located in West Palm Beach, FL. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for daily tasks such as receiving, sorting, and stocking goods, maintaining inventory, and preparing items for distribution. Additional responsibilities include ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, assisting with loading and unloading deliveries, and supporting distribution events. The role involves collaboration with team members and volunteers to ensure efficient operations.

• Experience in receiving, sorting, and stocking goods
• Inventory management and maintenance skills
• Ability to prepare items for distribution and support distribution events

• Excellent physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items
• High school diploma or equivalent education
