Job Responsibilities
Manage the entire accounts receivable process including billing, payments, and follow-up on outstanding balances
Track and oversee credit approvals and collection efforts to support strong cash flow
Review and reconcile client accounts and aging summaries regularly
Ensure invoices are issued accurately and on schedule for all goods and services
Address client questions or billing discrepancies promptly while maintaining positive business relationships
Prepare and share recurring reports highlighting receivables trends and collection performance
Support month-end close activities, audits, and compliance documentation as needed
Mentor and assist an accounts receivable team member through ongoing feedback and training to improve efficiency and accuracy
Requirements
Advanced Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)
Experience operating as a sole contributor
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
