What You Will Do
In this role you will help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. By providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will work towards advancing our goal of "Powering Prosperity Around the World." Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language. Operate in a virtual, customer-facing role using state-of-the-art video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records. Who You Are
Minimum of 2 years paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software. Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and active PTIN. Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken). Passionate about helping clients navigate complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting and empowering clients. Excellent customer service skills and excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner. What You Need
Must have (or be willing to obtain) an internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria. Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days. Compensation
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. Expected base pay range varies by location: Bay Area, California: $28.80 – $36.50 Southern California: $28.80 – $36.50 Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80 Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50 Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80 Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80 Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50 Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30 New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50 New York: $28.80 – $36.50 Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30 Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80 Washington: $28.80 – $36.50 Washington DC: $28.80 – $36.50 This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with applicable plans and programs.
